It was a mere accident that MCM ever reached out to Smith Lumber. Based out of Memphis, we have so many other options for lumber yards to get our materials, but we still choose a lumber yard an hour away. MCM now exclusively uses Smith Lumber for all our lumber packages. Their pricing alone beats all other prices I have searched for, but even if they didn’t, the customer service is spot on. Distance is no match for them, and my main guy Kaleb is always up to talk through the project challenges.
